Because we always plan and purchase individually for your visit, reservations are mandatory. Please let us know about any allergies or food preferences and whether there are any vegetarians or vegans in your party. While none of our menus are inherently vegan, we'd be glad to adapt our dishes.

No temple of gourmet etiquette. No ridiculously oversized Wiener schnitzel for €4.50. We offer lovingly composed multi-course chef’s choice menus that pay homage to the classics, with their own surprising new twists. As we say, Franconian haute cuisine.
Both our Vinothek and Weingießerei space are open for eating, drinking and laughter. Whether with a circle of friends, relatives, business partners or an intimate dinner for two.
We regard ourselves as a modern pop-up restaurant with heart and charm — and, of course, outstanding food and wines.

Ideal for a business dinner or celebrations in a small group. No matter whether it’s a wine tasting or 6-course menu with good friends or business partners. The sleek architectural design of our Vinothek offers the perfect backdrop for any event. Fine dining for up to 20 guests.
The Vinothek, or tasting room, once served as our great-grandfather’s cow stall and was renovated from top to bottom using premium materials and a loving eye for detail. It is available from April to November for tastings.

In February and March we indulge you weekly in our Weingießerei with chef’s choice menus large and small — there’s something to match every appetite and budget.
Because we use fresh ingredients and always plan the meals individually, we serve guests exclusively from Wednesday to Saturday and only by reservation. Please let us know about allergies or other necessary information (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) in advance.
